Return and refund policy

The direct cost of returning the goods is borne by the customer, unless the product is defective, damaged, incorrect, or we have agreed otherwise.

Products must be returned in a condition that allows us to inspect and, where applicable, resell them. You may be responsible for any reduction in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature and characteristics of the product.

Damaged, defective or incorrect orders
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us as soon as possible at info@vinocan.com if your order is damaged, defective or incorrect. If a product is faulty or not as ordered, your statutory consumer rights apply.
